Ms roofs, roof sidings and sheds made by us are very strong as we use ERW (ERW stands for Electric Resistance welded pipe. A plate rolled to become a pipe using Electric Resistance Welding process.) pipes made in imported machines from coil sheets which enables seamless surface and imparting great strength unlike normal pipes these are heavier and thicker to withstand wind pressure at great heights. Below structure is on 9th floor in wakad - Pune

Thicker Plates with standard fastners are used to secure pipes to wall or floor.

Special head imported high strength screws (see image bellow) with inbuilt gaskets are used to secure sheets to pipes (purlins) during fabrication fo roofs and sheds.

Heat Insulated Sheets side and roof top coverings

As the name suggests the sheets are used for absorbing heat and insulating the structure below against heat. The sheet are strong and layered with 6mm insulated film.The Structure is made in ERW tubular frame and thickly welded togather to form strong bond between attached members.The sheets are very bright and silvery in colour
